Carole, an MBA graduate from Roosevelt University, has a distinguished career in marketing management, computer systems, and operations leadership. Before founding The Saturn Partners, Inc. (SPI) in 2001, she gained extensive experience in corporate and operational settings.

Carole’s career highlights include serving as General Manager at Network Courier, a 24/7 facility at O’Hare in Chicago, where she oversaw a team of 18 ex-Marines managing sensitive government documents and same-day air freight services. The facility transported pre-released Hollywood films and trailers, and under Carole’s leadership, the company collaborated with FedEx to develop white-label same-day delivery services.

She also served as General Manager at Ello Furniture Manufacturing in Rockford, IL, a high-end furniture builder with clients such as Michael Jordan and Oprah Winfrey. Carole managed 17 employees across five departments and oversaw the import of Italian marble and mahogany, ensuring the company’s presence in premier U.S. showrooms.

Her operational expertise and interest in network security led her to establish SPI, addressing cybersecurity needs for smaller institutions. SPI specializes in Internal Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing, and Disaster Recovery Planning, initially targeting hospitals and banks.

Under her leadership, SPI has expanded to the Southeast, with plans for Logistics/Warehousing/Cargo security in 2025. Outside work, Carole resides near Lake Michigan with her husband Patrick, enjoying jazz music, history, and performing with ‘Swing House’ and ‘The Scat Cats.’
